1) AVVERTENZA: l calendario per il cambio dei pneumatici è il seguente: dal 15 aprile 2019 (con un mese di tolleranza, quindi fino al 15 maggio 2019) al 15 novembre 2019 quelli estivi, dal 15 ottobre 2019 (con un mese di tolleranza, quindi fino al 15 novembre 2019) al 14 maggio 2019 quelli invernali (o quanto meno le catene da neve).

Per chi non segue le regole è prevista una sanzione amministrativa oltre ritiro del libretto di circolazione. Un dettaglio: se il mancato cambio gomme invernali viene registrato dopo un incidente, l’assicurazione probabilmente non coprirà i danni. Stessa cosa vale anche per le gomme estive.

Maglia nera per gli automobilisti italiani: un’auto su cinque ha le gomme lisce, cifra più che raddoppiata rispetto all’ultimo controllo. Emerge dal periodico progetto Vacanze Sicure, che dal 2003 fornisce una panoramica sullo stato delle gomme in circolazione nelle nostre strade.
